I specialize in helping clients who feel disconnected, adrift or depressed navigate the complexities of their internal landscape, guiding them through an exploration of their unconscious patterns, internal tensions, and defense mechanisms that get in the way of what they want for themselves. I collaborate with clients to help them develop their ability to utilize their insight into themselves that will better enable their own ability for self-understanding, self-reflection, and self-empowerment.
Good therapy is much more than mere symptom relief; my aspiration is for powerful and lasting transformation for my clients and a cultivating a deeper sense of personal meaning and autonomy over their life.
Our internal struggles are often symptomatic of the alienation and frustrations we internalize throughout our life. Together, we will explore your unique psychic tensions, defense mechanisms, and any unconscious patterns that may be undermining your efforts to heal, make sense of your world, and your journey towards self-discovery and self-empowerment. We’ll uncover the unconscious forces at play, allowing you to confront the barriers that hold you back and allowing you to live with greater authenticity, self-understanding, and purpose.
I completed my Master of Social Work at the University St. Thomas in 2025. I am working on the supervision of Joel Grostephan, LICSW at Firelight Psychotherapy. Beyond my work as a therapist, I like to spend a lot of my free time reading and writing, as I’ve always been someone whose deep curiosity has kept me endlessly engaged with the study of ideas and trying to understand the patterns that connect the past to the present. When I get the opportunity, I also like to travel to new places and interact with people from many different walks of life.
If you feel like we may be a good fit, please give me a call to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I work with clients ages 15 and older.
